Pros and Cons of 2008

Pro: Every morning, I started my day with a bunch of school kids teaching basketball.

Con: I got fired 3 months later.


Pro: Went jogging in YMCA grounds for 2 weeks.

Con: Tripped on my shoe lace and fell on my face in front a bunch of college boys.


Pro: Saw my first live cricket match at MA Chidambaram stadium ,Superkings vs Deccan Chargers.

Con : Chennai Super kings lost bigtime.(sigh)


Con: Saw my first movie alone in a theatre having stood up by a friend

Pro: Swore never to experiment again being a loner


Pro: Scored 93% in Sun java certification exam

Con: Can’t do anything more than spell “Java” now.


Pro: My company gave me a salary hike.

Con: it’s a whopping 6.5%.


Pro: In April 2008, I thought the project I was working in was the best anyone could be in.

Con: The project was terminated in june 2008.


Pro: Bought a new state-of-the-art laptop for myself.

Con: My dad, my mom, my dog and my next door neighbor use it now.


Pro: I downloaded and listened a lot of semi rock, classic romantic numbers

Con: I googled a lot more to learn abt hearing impairment.


Pro: Had my first cosmetic facial (aroma pearl facial or watever)

Con: I’ve never regretted more in my life for those 2 wasted hours of my life.


Pro: I posted my resume on Naukri and Monsters

Con: I realized how screwed up my career was.


Con: I blew 30,000 bucks for nothing.

Pro: My parents still have no clue abt it.


Con: My best friend at work switched to another company.

Pro: I realized people have their priorities.


Con: Said a lot of “Goodbyes”

Pro: Said a lot more “hellos”


Pro: I became a blogger on feb25th 2008.

Con : ???? (Cant’t think of any) :-)

all of them made me a laugh while i was writing them, except that fall i had in front of those college guys!....neva stepped foot to that place ever since...heheheeeeeee

Secondly,I'm no drama artist!,neither is my my life a big drama!.Did it sound like one??(I wonder who plays the Hero!!! :D)I've just written things that happened and things that shud'nt have happened but just happen to have happened!
